Schriever AFB Clinic Schriever AFB Clinic
The Schriever Medical and Dental Clinic is located in Building 220. The Schriever Clinic handles most medical services for servicemembers assigned to Schriever AFB, dependents and retired military. Services include primary care, aeromedical, dental, immunizations, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, public health, mental health and optometry. 

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Medical Clinic: Weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Dental Clinic: Weekdays, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Mental Health: Weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Routine Labs: Weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Pharmacy: Weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Note: Clinic hours are 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month for morning readiness training.

To schedule an appointment, call 719-556-CARE between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or register online at the TRICARE Online Web site. When registering, select the 21st Medical Group as your Medical Treatment Facility.

The Schriever Clinic does NOT offer emergency medical treatment. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 for immediate assistance.

Dental Services

All annual dental exams will comprise an exam and cleaning. These appointments are mandatory. Patients must give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Patients may seek care through inpatient and specialty clinics at Fort Carson and the U.S. Air Force Academy by referral. A referral must also be placed in the system for emergency room or urgent care visits if a patient is advised to seek these services for situations that are not considered threatening to life, limb or eyesight.
