SCHRIEVER AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. --

“The holiday represents America’s Independence Day, the day we broke away from Britain and became our own nation. For the Fourth of July, I am going to be spending the day with my friends and family. A couple years back, my buddy accidentally put the firework in backwards in the tube; it ended up being more like a bomb. I felt like I was back in Afghanistan, no good.”
